Some outstanding performances by BvH Ladies at Sutton Park
The Ladies National 4 Stage Road Relay was held at Sutton Park in Birmingham just prior to the Men’s 6 Stage and we were represented by 9 BvH Ladies, with 8 Ladies achieveing some great new PB’s including two new Club age records from Caroline Harlan-Marks, smashing her PB by almost 40 seconds, and by Lesley Pymm also breaking her PB by over 30 seconds.

Sorry I haven’t had chance to put a full report on here, but well done to everyone that ran. Another great day out with excellent performances from all those that ran.
Bring on the XC season…
Apart from pre-race nerves that were eased by Becky’s beautiful singing, it was another great BVH day. Well done to everyone that ran and thank you for all of the support around the course, there seemed to be support everywhere around the route which was such a great help 🙂 Thanks also to Rachel for organising us all and for having money for us to buy lemonade ice lollies afterwards. The only complaint I would like to make is about the use of my photo on the website, it is only going to put others off running! 😉

Fab day – really enjoyed both racing and cheering everyone else on! The BvH support all the way round the course was fantastic… and the baked goodies were as delicious as ever!!
