Members renew their registration directly with England Athletics, this means that your registration is updated from the moment of payment, without any delays for administrative processes by the Membership Secretary and Treasurer.
You will receive an email inviting you to renew your membership, but this will only happen if your email address is up to date on your EA profile. To check that your email address is up to date, log in at: www.englandathletics.org/myprofile.
Membership renewals are paid directly to England Athletics. You will be sent an email with a link that will allow you to pay the fee and update your registration immediately. You should receive this email on 1st April or shortly thereafter. If you do not receive an email, please contact the club Membership Secretary at email@example.com
When you receive your email invitation to renew, please check that you have been registered for the correct membership type, e.g. standard rate or concession. If you think you have been registered with the incorrect membership type, or if your circumstances have changed since you last renewed, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your membership type has been set, it will remain the same until you tell us to change it.
If you have previously been a member of the club but have not renewed in the past twelve months, it is still possible for you to re-join at the renewal price. Please contact the Membership Secretary (email@example.com) and ask for your membership to be renewed.
If you would like to take advantage of the co-habiting joint members discount, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the second member of the couple. We will then amend the fee for this second member to take account of the discount and send a new invoice. Once your membership rate is set, it will remain the same until you tell us to change it.
