Monday Run Schedule

Routes will be announced on the website and club Facebook page prior to each session. Please review the route prior to club runs and do not rely on others to know the route; they may be doing a different version. Should you be aware of any particular hazards on a route, please advise a committee member as soon as possible.

6th January: Parson’s Nose 8.2km (5.1 miles), 9.9km (6.1 miles), 12.8km (8.0 miles) or the Joe Lewis 10-miler: 16.4 km (10.2 miles)

13th January: Raddlebarn Clover 7.7km (4.8 miles), 9.6km (6.0 miles), 12.0km (7.5 miles) or the Joe Lewis 10-miler: 16.4 km (10.2 miles)

20th January: Selly Oak – Northfield – Cotteridge 7.6km (4.8 miles), 10.3km (6.4 miles), 12.1km (7.5 miles) or the Joe Lewis 10-miler: 16.4 km (10.2 miles)

27th January: Wychall Lane Route 8.0km (5.0 miles), 10.5km (6.6 miles)11.9km (7.4 miles) or the Joe Lewis 10-miler: 16.4 km (10.2 miles)

17th February: Bournville Hilly 6 7.9km (4.9 miles), 10.0km (6.2 miles)12.2km (7.6 miles) or the Joe Lewis 10-miler: 16.4 km (10.2 miles)
