Thursday Training sessions

Here is the training rota for the sessions on Thursday evenings with our team of Coaches. Details of the session will be posted here and on the club Facebook group prior to the session. Those attending should still meet at the Pavilion first, as these sessions are subject to change. Training starts at 7:30pm, after any general announcements (main club announcements, including race results, are held on Monday evenings before the club run). Please read Putting Yourself First before joining in with any of the coached sessions.
