Nicola Cumley says: The entry deadline for the National cross country championships is 2nd of January.
The National cross country championships is being run in Sunderland on Saturday Febuary 23rd. Although this seems many mince pies and glasses of wine away the entry deadline is on the 2nd of January so I need to know names of interested runners by the 1st of January.
I’m sorry for the short notice, it seemed to slip under my radar somewhat.

The womens race is at 2:20 with the mens race after that. We will sort out transport details nearer the time but in previous years we have gone all together by minibus or coach.
