To the Membership of Bournville Harriers,
Bournville Harriers’ Annual General Meeting will be taking place at Rowheath Pavilion on Monday, 7 April at 8pm. There will be no official club run that night, but people are welcome to meet earlier for a short run before the meeting.
All BvH members are expected to attend if at all possible – it is very important that we have a good turnout, as we won’t be able to vote on anything without enough members present on the night. Agenda and minutes from last year will be posted on the website soon. In the meantime, please get in touch with Chris if you have any agenda items.
We have a number of long-serving committee members who will be stepping down from their positions following the AGM. If you would like to stand for one of these positions, or would just like to find a bit more out about what the roles entail, please email Chris on the address above or speak to any of the current committee on a club night. The deadline for putting your name forward for a position is Monday, 31 March 2014. Nominees will be accepted on the night for a given role only in the event that no one has put themselves forward for that position in advance.
