  1. Paul, you’re a star! You did brilliantly and kept going-I am so impressed by the effort and determination you put in-respect!

Pail, we’re a friendly bunch and cover a wide range of paces so I’m fairly confident you’d find people who run at a level that suits you 🙂 On Mondays people go for a run in different pace groups and Thursdays are rep sessions. We meet at 7.20 at the Pavilion (near the bar entrance) if you want to see what goes on (races on 19th and 26th July so avoid those dates!)

  2. Thanks to everyone who encouraged, bullied, threatened and cajoled me through the beginners’ course. Dante’s Purgatory cannot possibly be any worse than me having the sheer stupidity to start running at this age (and at this weight!). You were ALL really supportive – fellow beginners, coaches and club members – so thanks again for putting up with my moaning as I waddled slowly around 5Km of sheer hell!

  3. Hi I have recently moved up from yeovil due to split but was part of the yeovil running club , they met tues for nice runs non competitive just beginners mid and advance , I can run ok but am not advanced just wondering if they have meets like this as I miss it

  4. Well done to everyone, I really enjoyed supporting you over the 6 weeks, your commitment and enthusiasm (not to mention achievement!) during some dreadful weather conditions was an inspiration! I hope you continue running and if you join the club too that would be fantastic. Hope to see some of you again soon!

  5. Well done everyone ,it was a pleasure to run with you 🙂 (I’d forgotten how wet it was that night!)

  6. Well done to all of you – you all did so well. It was great to work with you all over the 6 weeks and I know that many of you are joining BvH, so I look forward to seeing you all again at different events/training/races.
