Summary of dates and deadlines

English National
Feb 19th race date | Jan 5th entry deadline | Club entry deadline Dec 24th (Club pays Fee £6)

Midland Senior
Jan 29th race date | Jan 11th entry deadline | Club entry deadline Jan 4th (Club pays Fee £6)

Midland Masters
Jan 23rd race date | Jan 17th entry deadline | Individual entry Fee £5

British Masters
March 12th race date | March 1st entry deadline | Individual entry Fee £10

If you do not respond by this date the club won’t enter you, but you can still do so yourself. Please note that the Masters Cross country events require individual entries and will not be funded by the club. These are listed for information, so if you intend to compete please enter these yourself (See British Masters website for details).

  5. Unused,Brooks Mach 10 Xc spikes, black, size11, , would also make a good track spike, a very nice shoe, £30.

  7. Rob – With a fair wind (and boy there is plenty of wind around) I should be fit and raring to go for XC Champs on 8th January 2011.

    All that Turkey and Christmas Pudding, washed down with cider has taken my mind off shin splints. In fact, the more I drink the less pain I feel so my leg must be getting better.

    Do not give up hope my Jedi Master, your young apprentice is back in training.

  8. Reminder to the men’s team that the deadline for entry is Jan 5th. So far only Steve Cumley has registered an interest, and it is now beyond the Dec 24th deadline I set for me to submit a club entry.   10. Rob – I have shin splints. I am mentally and physically finished. The thought of spending weeks rehabilitating in Bilston pool is looking distinctly unattractive. The thought of getting hammered every night over Christmas is looking distinctly attractive.
