AGM 19th March 7:30 and Committee Vacancies
A reminder that the Bournville Harriers AGM will take place on Tuesday 19th March, 7:30-8:30 in the Terrace Room (ground floor) of Rowheath Pavilion.
Attendance is really important. We will be voting on significant club matters and require 25% of the membership to have quorum and make proceedings valid.
As you may be aware, keeping our fantastic club running and offering the range of activities and events we do requires input from our committee members. Part of the AGM will involve electing the new committee for the year 2024/25.
Any member of Bournville Harriers is able to come forward as a candidate for any position on the committee. While we have candidates lined up for many of the roles, there are a number of vacancies for which there are no immediate candidates. These roles are Communications Officer, Race Events Coordinator, Membership Development & Newcomer Officer and Ordinary Member.
