Hi all we have a few session with a coach from England Athletics planned. This is through club run. Normally this would be the coach coming in person to work with us. Unfortunately we can’t do that right now so they have offered us Zoom sessions.
The first one will be Saturday 12th December at 2pm – 3.30pm. The session will be about Heart Rate zones. What they mean , how to find out what yours are and what is the purpose of this information?
The session is limted to 30 club members. If you would like to be put on the list for the session please email. I need you to email as I need email addresses for zoom.
I can only accept the first 30 people to sign up.
