No equipment is needed, apart from perhaps a mat or towel to use when doing the floor exercises. If you have a resistance band or weights you can use them to make some of the exercises harder, but it’s by no means essential. It’s a circuit of 12 exercises, all of which are specifically targeted at common areas of weakness in runners (perhaps by the end you will be able to tell which yours are?!).
