List of upcoming Thursday evening training sessions. Announcements at 7.20pm. Rep Session begins at 7.30pm. Alternative steady run for those racing at the weekend or not wishing to particpate in reps. The Thursday night rep session will focus on longer reps and strength work for the next few weeks and then some speed work . We will be aiming to run 2 sessions on a Thursday for different abilities. The total mileage for rep sessions will be between 4-7 miles for steadier runners, and between 6-9 miles for more experienced runners. We would encourage runners to continue to generally increase their mileage over the next few months and to introduce some varied pace work on Mondays – more details to follow.
