I enjoyed my first full cross country season.I agree with Laura its great to be part of the team. Now ive got 6 months to try and improve 🙂
Laura is right. Most BvHers should give XC a go. Whatever else one participates in It is something very special to run for ones club and contributes to enhanced fitness levels. And didn`t the BvH Men and Womens Teams do well. A big thankyou to the Team Captains, participants and supporters who made the 2013 – 2014 XC Season the best ever for `Team Bournville.`
I have really enjoyed the xc this season this year, especially after missing it last time due to injury. Thanks to Nicola for being such a great Ladies team captain! Everyone should have a go at xc, it’s a great feeling to be part of the xc team 🙂
