For the coming weeks, as long as it is safe to do so and within government guidelines, the coaching team will share a session on Monday to be done any time over the week. The session should be done solo (or with a member of your immediate household only in accordance with the latest guidelines). On Wednesdays a Strength and Conditioning workout will be posted, which can be done indoors.
Please do not attempt either session if you are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms. Thanks to Suz West for this week’s session
1 mile slow warm up
Drills: high knees, skips, bum flicks etc.
5 minutes jog
4 minutes hard effort
1 minuites recovery jog
Do this 5 times, i.e. 5×4 mins hard, 1 min slow (20 mins hard effort in total)
Cool down: slow jog home
Stretch
