Jude Glynn Reports: Two weeks on from The Midlands BVH ladies headed back to Sutton Park to take on The Nationals. We were missing several of our fastest runners but nonetheless had three full teams out, with two new additions to the Teal Road Relays Squad-Liz Lepa and Nicola Mann, who both did us proud.
After a brief perusal of the retail opportunities and some excitement over the availability of souvenir technical T Shirts (oh, sorry, that was just me !) it was time to get down to the serious business of running.
This being, after all, a national event competition was fierce with plenty of very fast and young runners out there. All our ladies gave it their all and ran strong personal performances, several improving strongly from The Midlands. We flew the flag well for BVH (at least metaphorically-I never did track the actual one down 😄)!

CONGRATULATIONS on successfully completing the National Road Relays.You did indeed `fly the flag` for BvH in what is an extremely competitive event.Clearly you gave it your all, and it is good that there were improved performances and new participants running for Team BvH.
There is something very special and unique about competing in a BvH Club Team Event.
