Thursday training returns this week!
As the light is changing at the moment, the 7:00 and 7:30 sessions will be in different locations for these 2 weeks. The 7:00 session will be at Manor Farm Park. Dave will go directly there. Meet in the car park for a 7:00 warm up jog. B31 2AB.
The session will be hills alongside Whitehill Lane (on the grass). For anyone who normally arrives at Rowheath on foot, you can get your warm up jog in from there / your home, to meet for drills at 7:15 on the flat patch of grass at the bottom of the hill on Whitehill Lane. That’s directly opposite the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.
Xen is back off holiday! He will take the 7:30 session from Rowheath. Meet as normal in the changing rooms for that session.
