Owing to the weather conditions for this evening’s reps sessions our Head Coach and coaching team have asked for the following notice to be observed by all taking part.
Firstly this session will only be for current, fully paid up club members (previous members must have renewed their membership to take part). As always please have In Case of Emergency (ICE) details with you, this is particularly important this evening but should be observed for club sessions in general. A wristband (such as a parkrun barcode band) is ideal as this is easy to access in case of emergencies.
Please bring a drink; squash is better than water. The rep sessions this evening will have more emphasis on recovery, with shorter running distances. If you do not feel comfortable to run, if you have any underlying health conditions that may put you at risk, or if you are new to this kind of training, please consider not running this evening. Your safety is important and these are the measures the coaching team feels are needed to take to run the sessions safely. Please be sensible. Thank you on behalf of the coaching team.
