Some good solid runs by BvHers in the `Leafy 10k` Annual MT race.
An `outstanding` run by our very own Dean Parker,who performed at a high age grading,completing the Course in a time of 31mins40secs.
I did it! Completed the 10k thanks to everyone who encouraged me on the beginners course in July – who’d have thought it.
