Club Run Monday 16th October

This week’s route is Parson’s Nose.

We have our three standard route options, plus an adapted 9 km (5.6mile) route for our Transition Group – Strava links for all routes are below.

We will have volunteers from the club accompanying our transition group each week. If you would like to assist with this, please let Rebecca Jones or Sarah Wallis know.

Short route: 8.2km (5.1 miles)

Transition Group route: 9 km (5.6mile)

Standard route: 9.9km (6.1 miles) (shown below)

Long route: 12.8km (8.0 miles)
