This is designed to help members improve your fitness, stamina and strength as part of your winter ‘conditioning’ phase training.
Club training for Monday the 20th December will be a ‘Step-up’ Monday where, weather permitting, we are asking members to run further.
The plan is to encourage those that run the 4 miles route to do the 5 miles route, those that run the 5 miles route to do the 6, the 6 to do 8 and so on.
This is not compulsory but should be run with your usual group and it is important you are aware of the need for safety outlined in our safer running guide.
