Notice of BvH Annual General Meeting – 21st March

Notice of the Club Annual General Meeting
Monday 21st March at 7.30pm in the upstairs conference room at Rowheath Pavilion.
The AGM is an important gathering of Club members, at which you will hear about the progress of the Club, and the achievements of the various teams during the last year.
There are also a  number of committee roles that are available which you can stand for at the AGM.

  1. Review of 2015 AGM Minutes
  2. Chairperson’s Report
  3. Treasurer’s Report
  4. Membership Secretary’s Report
  5. Team Captains’ Reports
  6. Revisions to the Club Constitution Proposal (Vote)
  7. Committee Elections
  8. Any Other Business
If you have any other business you feel is relevant to the AGM, then please submit this in writing, to the Club Secretary, no later than Monday 7th March.

Committee Roles available include:
  • Club Chairperson*
  • Race Events Co-ordinator
  • Team Manager, Men, Cross Country
  • Team Manager, Women, Cross Country*
  • Team Manager, Men, Road Relays*
  • Social Secretary*
  • Ordinary Member
(*Nominees have already come forward for these roles, though they will still be open to vote on at the AGM if more nominees present themselves).
All other Committee Member’s are re-standing, again this will be open to vote on at the AGM if more nominees present themselves.
