There will be no official session tonight, as many of our members will be running in the 2nd race of the BRAT Midsummer 5k series at 7:45pm tonight. (Turn up to the Pavilion early for entry on the night). This race is a great local event, and we would encourage members to turn up and support if not competing.
Steve Atkinson will be taking a group of (ex-)beginners out for a run as usual.
