The official Monday club runs continue as normal, but grass training sessions also start again on Mondays, so anyone looking to improve their speed for the summer is welcome to join in. If interested, then meet at club as usual but training takes place on the grass opposite the Pavilion. This is not an official session, but has become a bit of a tradition each year, as an alternative for people looking to work on their pace.
Note: Please avoid running or walking on the football pitches if you decide to join in, as they have been re-seeded. The actual sessions take place around the perimeter of the playing fields, so this will not affect the sessions.
