On behalf of the whole committee I would like to invite you to the 2015 Bournville Harriers Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Monday 20th April 2015 at 7:30pm in the Upstairs Meeting Room (Mens’ Changing Room) at Rowheath Pavilion.
As you may be aware the committee recently ran a survey to gauge whether club members would like the club to conduct training sessions on different days and/or times to those that club has operated to date. The outcome of the survey has given the committee confidence that proposing changes to session start times (at the very least) should be an agenda item at this year’s AGM, with the proposal being put to club member vote during the AGM. Therefore we ask that all members attend this years AGM for their chance to review and vote upon the proposed changes – a majority vote in favour of change will be enacted, so it is paramount that you take advantage of the opportunity to have your choice counted.

Your club needs you! Several committee roles are available, which you can stand for at the AGM.
The Club Committee exists to serve the club and to ensure the best possible service is given to members. In order for BvH to properly function, we are inviting members, who would like to be more involved with the Club, to confirm their interest in one of the roles and ensure we continue to be a great running club for all. This is your chance to give something back to the club!
