This Thursday sees the start of our new winter training schedule, with changes mainly being to the Thursday night reps sessions (note new time – 7:15pm) and Saturday morning XC training (back to Cofton park).
Here’s the full revised schedule:
Monday: Rowheath, club road run as normal – 1920 for announcements (mixed ability)
Tuesdays: Rowheath, reps session – 1900 (for sub-22′ 5k male and sub-24′ female runners)
Wednesdays: Manor Farm Park, off-road reps session – 1230 (mixed ability)
Thursdays: Rowheath, choice of flat or hills reps session – 1915 (mixed ability)
Saturdays: Cofton Park, off-road XC training, – 0830 (mixed ability)
Saturdays: Rowheath, reps session – 0900 (mixed ability)
The cross-country season is fast approaching, and we’re encouraging all members to come along to the training sessions to give it a go.
