As it will likely be very wet, the 7:00 group should meet at Rowheath, instead of where we did last week. We will still do a hill session, but without the downhill aspect, which would be unsuitable in slippy wet conditions. And we will likely use tarmac instead of grass.
So meet at Rowheath for a 7:00 hills session with Dave, or 7:30 for a flat session with Xen.
We will ensure the showers and changing rooms are open. You may need them more than usual!
