We’re adding a new session to our Thursday reps for the next few weeks, giving those volunteering with the Beginners group a chance to still train with the club. Any club member is welcome to join!
New Thursday Timetable
6:15 Grass track (weather permitting) with Dave Powner. Sprint interval training with active recovery. A progression in volume of 200m rep with 200m jog recovery, working you both aerobically and anaerobically.
7:15 Hill reps with Alison Davies, building your strength and working you aerobically, progressing in time and distance.
We both have support from Suz and Lorna during this period.
