Runners’ Yoga Workshop – 18th September
Yoga can have many benefits such as helping to prevent injury, aid recovery, reduce stiffness and perhaps even improve your gait and stride length.
I have organised a special workshop for Bournville Harriers runners so you can give it a try.
The workshop will be run by Andrew Hall, a fully qualified ‘Iyengar Yoga’ teacher who has taught yoga full time for 8 years. The workshop will be aimed specifically at runners who are new to yoga.
