One week before the Killer Mile is a good time to practice your skills and improve your ability at running up (and down) hills.
The rep session this week will be based in Bournville Park and will involve three main hills in a loop formation at least one of which will be suitable to treat as a Kenyan Hill rep.
There will be different gradients and inclines to help you improve your stamina, speed and success at hill running. Come along and enjoy yourself as well as building up an appetite for the club social afterwards!
Meet at the club at 7.20 for a 7.30 start.
