Saturday morning training sessions are to commence again, starting Saturday 17th September at Cofton Park from 8.00am. The sessions, lead by coach, Joe Lewis, are off-road on the parkland and aimed at strength, conditioning as well as preparation for the cross country season. All members are welcome.
BvH Saturday morning training will go through the winter at Cofton Park, except when there are key races.
It is worth bringing your cross country spikes, as the ground can be soft. It is also worth bringing a drink and dry clothes for after the session.
