Anyone for a personalised training plan?

Kevin Oakes (LiRF Lvl 1) is currently undertaking the EA-accredited Coaching in Running Fitness qualification, and he needs YOU! As part of the course Kevin needs to create personalised 8-week training plans for two different athletes, designed to help those athletes achieve their own individual goals.

If you would be interested in a bit of extra coaching advice, please speak to Kevin on a club night or send an email. (Our coaching team are always available to provide support where needed, so even if Kevin is inundated with requests someone else will be happy to give you some advice).
