Rain and blustery conditions failed to stop the fine performances from BvH members at the Gloucester 5km. A new Club age best from Mel James in 18:07, an equal PB for Mark Hobbs in 16:26 and a great new PB for Gareth Cadd in 16:58.
Mel remains 3rd fastest F45 over 5km in the UK.
Another member of the James family, Chris (15), ran 19:32 in his first ever race!

Congratulations to the BvH contingent who ran so well at Gloucester.The times are even more remarkable when one considers the wet and blustery conditions.
