Regret not been fit enough to compete on this particular occasion (still `fighting off` a nasty cold/virus) . Some good solid runs by BvH Men with `evergreen` Dean Parker, closely pursued by Paul Thompson,leading the way..It was clearly a very tough Course and the field included some exceptionally good athletes/runners. Congratulations to all the BvHers who successfully completed this arduous challenge.
Never mind Suz. I understand that you were very disappointed/gutted not to run,but there will be more opportunities in the future. Yes BvH Ladies did well.Lovely photo of Nicola,with her well earned trophy.
