Rachel Ward reports: Unfortunately I was unable to attend the road relays this weekend, however I have been told that everyone had a fantastic day out and all ran well.

We had some new additions to our ladies teams so I hope they enjoyed themselves and will come back and join us again.

Caroline was 39th fastest lady out of 261 runners, with the winner from Bristol and West finishing in 14.23.

National Road Relays are held at Sutton Park on 15th October – those that want to run need to email me, places for the teams are limited. Please come and support us!

  3. Well done Ladies, looks like another fantastic day out at sutton park with some excellent times. Great to see Team BvH as strong as ever. Hope to see lots of the new names appearing in the reports for the forthcoming xc season 🙂

  5. Just to say I had a fantastic day. I thoroughly enjoyed taking part in the relays. A big thank you to Rachel for her encouragement in persuading me to take part, to Steve and Mel whose support as always was superb and to all the ladies in the team that made us ‘first timers’ feel so welcome it was just great to be part of the BvH team.

    Well done to everyone that raced and thanks to everyone who encouraged and cheered us on, it was another great BvH day out. I would like to give a special thank you to Joe Lewis for fixing my leg on a bench in the middle of the route 🙂 It was much appreciated.
