A super turnout for BvH yet again at the Midland Road Relays and a big well done to all competitors. Some excellent team finishing places and a well earned medal for Nicola Sykes for running the fastest leg of the day out of all the ladies. Thanks to the Pearsons for providing the team tent and to all the supporters who cheered throughout the afternoon.

Sorry to have missed the 2014 Midland Road Relays. The Road Relays are,invariably,great Club and Team Events. (Alas,I had a running commitment elsewhere). However,delighted that Bournville Harriers had some excellent results.
I must find out what Nicola consumes prior to racing. 1`m currently on bananas,beetroot juice and green tea,but maybe I need to be taking something else?
