Dean Parker & Mel James are Midland Masters Champions.

In heavy rain and gale force winds at Saffron Lane in Leicester, Dean Parker was crowned M35 Midland Champion for 5000m and Mel James achieved double success as F45 200m and 400m Midland Champion

Men’s 5000m – Dean Parker 1st M35 – 16:42.7

Women’s 200m – Mel James 1st F45 – 30.1

Women’s 400m – Mel James 1st F45 – 65.4
