Team captain, Gareth Cadd announces the teams for this weekend’s Midland 6 Stage Road Relay at Sutton Park..

Please ensure you arrive in good time to do your warm up in time before your relay leg and please note that leg times indicated are only approximate.

All numbers will be provided on the day at the BvH tent and I would like to wish you all every success.

    I’ll come over whatever but ready to run.

    Due to injury, it has become necessary to make the following amendments to the teams and race order on Saturday. The details are as follows

    Nathan Jones has now been moved to B team running leg 4 (14.30 approximately)

    Jack Roberts has now been moved to C team running leg 3 (14.10 approximately)

    Ewan Ross has now been moved to D team running leg 2 (13.50 approximately)

    Your flexibility is greatly appreciated.

    Everybody else, I would be grateful if you could arrive early as possible so I am able to re-jig the teams if necessary.

  3. Alas,Katie and I have race commitments in Wales and will not be at Sutton Park to cheer on the BvH Teams,but our thoughts and good wishes will be with you all. I am `cautiously` optimistic that BvH could have a really good day at the office ie.barring injury and bad luck!
