Entries open for Sneyd 10miler (Grand Prix race)

Last year's race saw a new club record for Dean Parker plus age records for Rob Andrew and Julie Delahaye-Slater

Entries are now open for the Sneyd Striders Annual Xmas Pudding Run (10 miles) on Sunday 11th December and it tends to fill up very quickly. It’s a Grand Prix event so you are recommended to enter soon to guarantee a place.

  2. Morning Andy

Thanks – much appreciated – I shall go and investigate

  3. Hello Mike (Scotney) – Hope you read this.

Reference our discussions on treadmills, mine is a JS-5000B Body Train motorised treadmill. If you plug that in google it comes up with a host of chinese websites so no idea how I got hold of it but was new on ebay for about £600.

I looked on ebay and the following look like ones I’d buy as well:

    Dream Fitness D1000 Treadmill (£600)

    2011-SC-Fitness-Evo3-20Kmh-Motorised-Treadmill (£600)

I’d go for the D1000 as it goes 25kph and I’d like to see you hit that top speed within a few weeks please!

    Best regards

    Andrew
