BvH Coaching Coordinator Kevin Oakes has just received his Level 2 Coaching Qualification through UK Athletics. To accomplish this Kevin had to complete a short taught course, lead sessions at the club, support and coach a few athletes on an individual basis and pass an Observed Practical Assessment. Congratulations to him on all of his hard work.
Anyone interested in gaining skills and qualifications through volunteering for the club as a coach should have a look at the UKA coaching qualifications on offer, or speak to one of our current coaches on a Thursday night. (A great place to start would be to help out at our upcoming Beginners Course!)
