As part of my preparation for the Masters European T&F Championships in Denmark, which commence next weekend, I recently competed in two middle distance races. The results – see power of 10 – were as follows:-
12th July 2017 – 800m : 3.11.1
19th July 2017 – 1500m : 6.47.1
Thankyou Lesley for your words of encouragement. As I am four and a half years into my current 5 year age cat , I will be running against younger athletes for much of the time. However,I will endeavour to go as fast as I can on the day!
I am currently down for the 400m,800m,1500m and 5,000m + 4k XC —— and I may be invited to run in the Relays!
