Lesley Pymm reports: There was a small group from BvH who turned out in the rain and grot for the second week running, and I am really sorry that I let the side down by not getting a PB.
Well done to Martin, Sharon and Lesley who all did just that! Must try harder. I didn’t really think it was PB weather, but clearly I was wrong. It was not quite as bad as last week, but still massive puddles on the course. Someone commented at the end that I looked as if I had been doing XC!

I know that I will never see my PB speeds again, so as far as I am concerned it is great to see those two little letters next to my name, even if it is just a PB for the event.
Well done BvHers. The Cannon Hill Park Run is attracting some good athletes from near and far,and provides an opportunity to improve ones speed.I did manage to get up and open the curtains on the morning in question. Alas, that was all my virus impregnated body allowed me to do. ie.on this occasion.
