Lesley Pymm reports: Once again the year started with this brilliant and free fell run to the highest point on Bodmin.
The run is something like 6.5 or 7 miles from Jamaica Inn. This year the conditions were ideal, there was very little wind and the ground had obviously still been frozen when the snow melted, so that the melt did not soak in. Hence is was not as boggy as it could have been.
A great run with friendly marshals and the Cornwall Search and Rescue in attendance (although not needed much this year).
