Fantastic results! Well done everyone!
Well done to you all. Fantastic times
Congratulations to all the BvHers who ran so well at Frampton on Monday;especially those who ran pbs. I was playing cricket at Harborne against the CBSO and, alas, missed witnessing Caroline`s outstanding run (Can`t be in two places at the same time!).Ed is doing OK as well, but I have told him he should take it easy at his age!
These performances would not have happened without a general improvement in core fitness levels;something with which I personally struggle at the present time.Age percentages give a good indication as to how well `we` are actually doing at any given time.
