Race starts at 12 noon, please be there by 1130 at the latest!!! Remember you need to see me, get your number and warm up! I will be there from 11.
We wont have the club tent this time im sorry, but I will bring one along so we can leave bags in there and you will be able to get changed, just hope it doesnt rain on us!!! I will try and be in the usual place half way up the hill by the tree!

I would love to have raced in the Nationals but unfortunately I am a man and so that excludes me from racing in your team.
Great to see you are putting in a few teams and I wish you all the very best.
These type of events are ones where you can test yourself against the best, and even if they beat you it gives you a target to aim and strive for.
I look forward to hearing all about it.
I will be trying to take my frustration out in a 7 mile x country race the day after.
