Just corrected another error with the formula. Sorry for the last minute change!
Thanks Chris 🙂
I think I’ve done 17 races not 16 ..because I’d done 16 before the last race although I’ve gone cross eyed trying to study the spread sheet 🙂
Final points are now up. Please claim your marshal bonus if you haven’t already – it could make the difference between winning a prize and not winning a prize! The bonus is awarded for helping out in any capacity at a BvH-organised race (Killer Mile, Leafy or Cofton XC). Your bonus points will only be added in if you’ve completed 8 races.
Points now up to date. 1 race to go! Marshal bonuses added in for people who have done at least 8 races. Please remember to claim your marshal bonus here: http://bournvilleharriers.org.uk/announcements/claim-your-2012-grand-prix-marshal-bonus/
Just fixed an error in this spreadsheet. Some of you may have lost a point as a result. Please let me know of any other mistakes you notice.
Updated on 14 December to include results from Sneyd Christmas Pudding 10 Mile race. Please view full spreadsheet (link above) to check my maths, and email me if I’ve screwed up your points. Official scores for people who have completed at least 8 races (in bold) now include Team and Club race bonuses (10 points for 3 team races, 10 points for at least one BvH-organised race).
IMPORTANT – People who have marshaled at a club race can earn 5 bonus points for each race they helped out at. Claim your points by adding your name to this spreadsheet: http://bit.ly/QY8t4i They will show up once you have completed your 8 races.
Updated on 3 December to include results of Women’s XC League Race 2. Please let me know of any corrections needed. XC results are here, by the way: http://www.midlandathletics.org.uk/PDFS/2012_RES_121201_MWCCL_Fixture2.pdf
Updated on 15 November. Please check your points on the full spreadsheet (link above) to make sure I’ve done the maths right.
Chris you should not be doing this, you have enough to do being the chairman… Can I suggest that both of the three or four people who are interested, keep a note of races completed, send them in at the end of the season, to be tallied up by a neutral observer for the winners to declared… This will depend on a certain amount of honesty, but if I’m prepared to trust them etc etc etc.
Come on Team Hardly Anybodies.
No, no one is, Ed. That’s the problem. 🙂
Are they interested in spread sheets?
Chris, thanks for your hard work sorting these- I’ll not be checking mine as I seem to have a glorious number of points and would hate to discover it was a mistake! We were discussing the Grand Prix on the train on the way to the Black Country Half so people are interested 🙂 My seemingly random comment on it being muddy with puddles was MEANT to be linked to results for this-don’t know how THAT happened:) (post race exhaustion on my part?!)
A mistake in these points was just brought to my attention, and it’s now fixed. If anyone notices that they’ve lost a point since yesterday, that’s why. Keep checking your scores and let me know if I’ve screwed yours up (I’ve probably made other mistakes!!)
