Track training returns this Wednesday (8th January) at Abbey Stadium, Redditch from 7:35-9pm. This next training block is targeted at race distances between 5-7 miles and culminates nicely at the National XC (which we will encourage you to do, but it is not essential).
Following this bulk it will be marathon training time where we’ll prepare you for London, Manchester and Stratford. It’ll set you up nicely for this if you come along to as many as you can.
Because we’re encouraging you to do the National XC and also encouraging you to visit Cofton on a Saturday too, THESE TRACK SESSIONS ARE FREE (for paid up club members)! (Those who are owed money from the situations last time, refunds are being processed). Everyone’s welcome, no matter what your aim, speed and fitness is.
