Hi team. I’m hoping everyone is well.
I have this weeks strength session for you.
We talked about seeing progress before so I’m just going to ask you to follow my previous S&C session in order for us to see how we are feeling / improving.
I believe each session is saved on the site, so please take a look.
Just to refresh your memories, it was a 30 exercise circuit, complete each exercise for 30, 45 or 60s with a 30s recovery in between.
As always team, please stay safe & do not complete any exercise if you are unwell.
