I have this weeks reps session for you. Please however do take it easy if feeling unwell.
Usual 1 mile WU followed by stretches & few strides. Then imagine the coaching team as your cheer squad for what I’m calling cheerleader reps. Hills or flat, you decide. 2. 4. 6. 8. Hundred meters up to a mile if you feel so inclined then back down 8. 6. 4. 2 hundred meters. Recoveries also increase 30. 40. 50. 60 seconds as reps increase & so decrease on the other side. 1 mile CD & stretches at home.
