Good morning team. I hope we’re all keeping well. I’m back with your rep session for this week & revisiting those hills to see progression please. Please remember to warm up with stretches, drills & a few strides. And please look after yourselves, if feeling unwell or injured, do not do the session – listen to your body. 1 mile easy warm up. 15mins continuous hills. 5mins walk recovery. 15mins back on the hills. 1 mile cool down & please stretch. Harder effort on the uphill, enjoy the down hill good luck all & have a good week.
