Hi all, for those that can’t make bubble training or aren’t in one we’re still delivering you reps sessions!
This week you’re session is fairly simple.
So 1k(tempo effort, not too hard) [2 minutes recovery].
8x400m(hard effort, quicker than 5k pace) [90 seconds recovery between the 400s],
Then you’ve got 1k at the end after roughly 3 minutes recovery from the previous section.
